What is pollination?
Pollination is the transfer of pollen grains from the male part of a flower, which is the anther, to the female part of a flower, which is the stigma, either of the same flower or a different flower.
There are two types of pollination:
1.SELF POLLINATION
This occurs when pollen grains are transfered from the anther to the stigma of the same flower.
2.CROSS POLLINATION
This occurs when the pollen grains are transferred from the anther of a flower to the stigma of a different flower.
